We are proud to announce that our orthoptic student has successful completed our two year orthoptic training program. Nina Palomba, BS, COA has completed the intensive program as well as passed her written boards.
This fall she will take her oral boards with the American Orthoptic Council to become a board-certified orthoptist. She will then join the Department of Ophthalmology at Boston Children’s Hospital as a staff orthoptist.
Congratulations to Nina and her fabulous teachers and mentors at Children’s Eye Care. At her graduation party, her mentors celebrated her success with a rendition of one of her favorite songs from Frozen. Check out the video of the humorous and touching song. Do You Want to Work in Orthoptics
