First Student Graduates from Orthoptic Training Program

First orthoptic student, Martha Wright, CO, COT, graduates from CEC’s orthoptic training program.

 

Martha Wright, CO, COT is the first student to graduate from CEC’s orthoptic training program. We are proud to announce that our first orthoptic student has successful completed our orthoptic training program. Martha Wright, CO, COT has completed the intensive program as well as passed her written boards and oral boards with the American Orthoptic Council. Martha is now recognized as a board-certified orthoptist.

And, we are lucky and excited that she chose to join our practice as a staff orthoptist. She will primarily be working in our West Bloomfield office and our Dept of Ophthalmology clinic at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.

Congratulations to Martha and her fabulous teachers and mentors at Children’s Eye Care. Martha joins a group of highly trained pediatric ophthalmologists and orthoptists who are passionate about the visual development of children.
